On August 1, 2021, the church body voted to call Pastor Clint Ivy as Concord's Senior Pastor.

Pastor Clint Ivy is a native of Dallas, Texas. He came to a saving faith in Jesus Christ during his freshman year of college at Texas A & M.  He met his wife, Lauren, at college and shortly after they married, God began to stir in him a calling to vocational ministry. He was ordained in 2007 at The Fellowship of the Woodlands in The Woodlands, Texas.

Clint has been given the spiritual gifts of preaching and leadership with a passion for evangelism. His ministry skills include: Teaching and Preaching, Leadership Development, Communication, Team Building, and Strategic Problem Solving.
Clint has sixteen years of ministry experience.  Before coming to Concord, he helped provide training and development to a Next Gen multisite team of over 25+ staff at BattleCreek Church (Tulsa, OK) and served on the sermon content team.  While at Prestonwood, he was repeatedly named among the top churches in the nation in student baptisms and contributed to the church accomplishment of seeing over 1,000 baptized in one given year. He has been a part of national missions in various cities across the United States.  He has also been to the countries of Honduras, Brazil, England, and Egypt in various capacities of service and vision.

He served on the Metro Youth Pastors Association Board of Directors as President in 2015.  Metro is an association of the largest youth ministries in the Southern Baptist Convention.  He was the founder of the Call to Ministry Program.  The C2M Program affirmed the vocational calling in students and equipped them with practical ministry skills.

Clint was strongly recommended by leaders within our Southern Baptist Convention including:
